Private Practice for Individual, Couples and Family Counselling
Psychological Counselling in English and German
“Somehow we should learn to know
that our problems are our most precious possessions.
They are the raw materials of our salvation:
No problems – no redemption.
It is only by bringing to our problems
The whole of ourselves
That our life can be renewed
In a greater dimension of itself.”
— Laurens van der Post
Offerings
I offer body-centered, resource-oriented counselling that allows us to address stuck patterns—not only emotionally and intellectually, but also in the deeper layers of the body. This involves working with different modalities: through conversation, as well as nonverbally through physical exercises or by working with images and other symbols. In other words, it is a form of counselling that creates space for deeper emotions and addresses the soul, body, and mind. Crises, as unpleasant and frightening as they may be, are often important turning points in life that with the right support, can lead to a new direction, greater self-determination, inner freedom, and holistic well-being.

about me
Originally from Austria, I have been living in Switzerland for 20 years. Although my primary profession is as a musician and music educator, I have always been deeply fascinated by the social sciences and the field of human relationships. Even while I was a student, I looked for ways to get involved and, together with others, founded the “Initiative Forum for Refugees” in 2016, which still exists today and aims to provide refugees with a space to express their stories and needs. This led to social art projects for young people, which continue to thrive today. After completing my music studies, I began the Mental Health Seminar in England, which provided me with a holistic, comprehensive foundation in psychology based on anthroposophy.
Since 2025, I have been training as a couples and family counselor at the IKP in Zurich.
