Family Counselling
Much like couples counseling, family counseling focuses on an entire system of people who are searching together to improve communication and connection and to break out of repetitive patterns.
In every family, no matter how small or large, conflicts, misunderstandings, and feelings of loneliness arise. The complex family system can become entangled in difficult dynamics and disruptions even when just one family member is facing a crisis. The space I can offer allows an entire family to come together and offers the opportunity to interact differently, address issues and needs that may have long remained unspoken within the family, or navigate transition processes together.
